Include your Rayito version, macOS version and what happened. Add your account email if the issue concerns your account. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Trouble getting started?

  1. In macOS System Settings → Privacy & Security, allow Rayito to record the screen. Enable Microphone for voice input and Accessibility for app control.
  2. Make sure the AI assistant selected in Rayito is installed and signed in.
  3. Restart Rayito after changing permissions.

Trial and subscriptions

The 14-day trial starts after account and AI setup. No card is required, and it does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Rayito is in public preview. Paid checkout is not open yet.
